The Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) is a four-year undergraduate programme structured as per the provisions of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The programme is design to develop logical thinking, computational skills, and practical knowledge required to work in the modern digital environment.

The programme focuses on building a gradual and balanced understanding of computing concepts. Students begin with fundamental principles and steadily progress towards applied and advanced areas of computer applications. Emphasis given not only to learning concepts but also to using them effectively through hands-on practice, laboratory work, assignments, and projects.

The curriculum includes essential domains such as problem-solving using programming, data organization and processing, system-level understanding, application development, database handling, networking basics, web-based technologies, and security awareness.
