Curriculum Offered by BMS Programme

At MET’S Institute of Management , the Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) programme is designed to move beyond conventional academic boundaries and create a learning experience that is industry-driven, innovation-oriented, and entrepreneurship-focused. Built on the flexibility offered by the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and fully aligned with NEP 2020 and the Outcomes Based Education (OBE) framework, the curriculum bridges the gap between classroom learning and the realities of modern business.

Developed in collaboration with academicians & industry experts, the BMS curriculum emphasizes experiential learning, digital competencies, business analytics, strategic thinking, and leadership. More than a degree, it equips students with the entrepreneurial mindset and practical skills to become business leaders, innovators, and change-makers. ​

Curriculum Highlights:

  • NEP 2020, CBCS and OBE-aligned curriculum with multidisciplinary and learner- centric learning pathways.

  • Entrepreneurship-focused education that nurtures innovation, opportunity recognition, business planning, and venture creation, entrepreneurial and Innovation Capability The programme places entrepreneurship at the centre of learning. Students are encouraged to identify opportunities, design business models, evaluate market feasibility, and develop innovative solutions through startup-oriented projects, business simulations, and venture development activities.

  • Specialization options in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, and Operations & Supply Chain Management.

  • Experiential Learning and Industry Exposure: Real business acumen is developed through On-the-Job Training (OJT), internships, live projects, field studies, industry interactions, and community engagement. These experiences allow students to solve actual business challenges, understand workplace dynamics and build valuable professional networks before graduation.
